About the hotels
Both hotels feature newly renovated rooms. Hotel Harmonien has been in operation since 1854, while Park Hotel is the newest addition, opening its doors in 2026. Formerly a residential care facility, the hotel has preserved wheelchair lifts in several of the rooms.
Hotel Harmonien | Anno 1854
At Hotel Harmonien, the grand, newly renovated ballroom provides the perfect setting for conferences. Over the years, this hall has also been a focal point for the local community, hosting a wide variety of events and celebrations.
Harmonien offers a blend of historic charm and modern, refurbished rooms. The hotel is located just around the corner from Nakskov city center and is within walking distance of Nakskov Indrefjord (250 meters). Golf stays are also available.”
Harmonien Park Hotel | Opens in 2026
Park Hotel is located in a building that previously served as a residential care facility, with the main building dating back to 1903. During the renovation, it was decided to preserve the wheelchair lifts in several of the rooms.
The hotel features kitchens in most rooms, conference facilities, wheelchair lifts, an elevator, and spacious family rooms, all set alongside its own small park. Park Hotel is situated 1 km from Hotel Harmonien and just 240 meters from the Nakskov waterfront.
Bookings for Park Hotel will become available following our official opening in 2026.

Knuthenborg Safari Park is approximately a 30-minute drive from Nakskov. If you take the scenic route via the country road towards Reersnæs, you will experience plenty of beautiful Lolland countryside and charming local villages.
Lolland offers many more experiences – including the Saksfjed-Hyllekrog nature reserve and a visit to ‘Frie Vilje’, the Thomas Dambo troll in Maribo.
